PERFECT QUALITY ASSURANCE
In YongXian we operate our business based on three principles.
All raw material Must be tested Before in Storage
All our raw material are imported from DUPONT, BASF, EXXOMOBILE, all from companies with great reputation in the world. So we can guarantee to provide you with safe and eco-friendly products. Once each container arrives at our factory, Our Purchasing Manager, Production Manager and QC Manager will check the quality together with the test report and technical data provided by suppliers. We only accept the material by all of them approved.
All process Must be tested During Film Producing
Before production, we will check the materials from warehouse to make sure the materials are all qualified. Then we will check each material with recipe before filling into machine. After that we will double check parameter's set up in computer. During production, QC team will check the films regularly and keep the sample for each roll with unique Lot Number. When the film rolls finished, we will check again before storage.
All pouches Must be controlled, tested and Can be tracked
Workers always make self-check the quality for first 500 pcs pouches each time start up. QC team always test and check for first 1,000 pcs pouches each time start up. During production, workers always keep self-checking and making small adjustments. QC team surveillance tests each 30min and they keep samples for each order. Each finished box from YongXian has unique Lot Number to track.
